Javier Blašković

After years navigating the corporate tech landscape from startups to industry giants, Javier discovered that true fulfillment comes not from climbing ladders, but from aligning work with purpose.

Javier does many trades, software engineer, DJ/Producer, mindfulness practitioner, apneist, but above all he is a perpetual learner. His journey through the tech world has equipped him with expertise in architectural design, programming, and team leadership that delivered critical solutions for companies like Disney, Pitney Bowes and Nine Entertainment.

But that journey came with a cost.

The relentless pace of corporate technology took its toll on his wellbeing. Through this experience, Javier discovered that sustainable excellence requires balance—a lesson that transformed not just how he works, but how he lives.

Today, as the founder of Mettā Resonance, Javier has redirected part of his creative energies toward cultivating meaningful experiences that nourish body, mind and spirit. Since leaving the corporate world, he has built Mettā Resonance into a vibrant event production company that creates immersive experiences blending Progressive and Organic house music with various art forms. These carefully curated events transform venues into spaces of connection, expression, and collective resonance—where technology serves artistic vision.

While continuing to offer his IT expertise in the realms of e-commerce, Javier’s approach is now grounded in mindfulness techniques learned through years of meditation, yoga, and conscious breathing. These practices don’t just support his technical work—they fundamentally enhance it and inform the holistic experiences he designs through Mettā Resonance.

When he’s not coding, you’ll find Javier freediving in ocean waters, practicing yoga, or lost in the rhythms of electronic organic grooves and concert music. These practices aren’t separate from his work—they’re the foundation that makes his technical contributions possible.
